Refunds & Returns
We always hope that you love what you've ordered from us. But if, for any reason, you don't we'll be happy to refund or exchange any item that is returned in a fully re-saleable condition within 30 days of delivery.
If an exchange is required, your order will need to be refunded and a new order will be placed. Please email our customer care team on and they will be happy to help you with this. If you would like an exchange and there is a difference in price between the two items, we will refund you the difference once we have received your unwanted item or contact you for an additional payment if the new item is more expensive. We will send you the new item free of any new delivery charge (to the UK). For hygiene reasons we cannot accept earrings as a return or exchange unless faulty, we also cannot except returns for any personalised items.
Please return your unwanted item in it's original packaging and with the dispatch note.
Please check your items within 2 -3 days of receiving delivery - any damaged items must be reported to us within 3 days of accepting delivery. You must provide photos of the damaged goods. We cannot accept refunds after this time frame.
